Pony Club

originally forming in wellington in the mid-late 1990s as an alt-country outfit comprised of bryce galloway (vocals, lyrics), michael brown (guitar), simon endres (bass) and gerrard mccarthy (drums) – the band released a lathe-cut single and an ep before going their seperate ways. never achieving too much of a following even locally, well after endres and mccarthy had split for overseas climes, the duo of galloway and brown set about completing their unreleased recordings, eventually surfacing in 2003 with the tower of lint.
